Purposes and legal grounds for processing your Personal Data: Your personal data may be processed in order to provide services to you within the scope of the laws and relevant legislation to which our institution is subject; to perform our services and identify the owner and addressee of all related transactions; to record your identity information, address, telephone number, tax identification number and other information considered personal data under the KVKK; to prepare information and documents that will constitute the basis for transactions carried out on paper or electronically; to comply with information retention, reporting and notification obligations prescribed by the relevant legislation to judicial and administrative authorities; to fulfill our services under the laws to which we are subject; and to provide other services offered or requested by our institution. Transfer of your Personal Data: Your personal data held by our institution may be transferred, within the legal limitations, to persons, institutions and/or organizations required or permitted by the laws and other applicable legislation; to İzmir Metropolitan Municipality for the purpose of carrying out services provided to citizens; to universities and public institutions within the scope of applicable laws; and to third parties from whom services are obtained for the conduct of our activities. Methods of Collecting Personal Data: Your personal data is collected through various methods, including all declarations/information forms and other documents prepared with your consent and/or signature in accordance with the relevant legislation; notifications made through your electronic consent and/or signature; and orally, in writing or electronically through our institution, service units, websites, Call Center and kiosks. Your Rights under Article 11 of the Law: By applying to our institution, you have the right to: a) learn whether your personal data has been processed, b) request information if it has been processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, d) know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, f) request deletion or destruction within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, g) request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, h) object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, i) demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
